Description
10 Fleet Street in Gatehouse of Fleet is a pair of terraced houses built in the late 18th century. These symmetrical, two-storey, two-bay houses feature rendered walls that are lined to resemble ashlar and are painted, with raised rendered cills.
On the ground floor, there is a central pend doorway flanked by doorways to each house and outer windows, all of which have modern doors. The windows are single light sash and case style, with a 4-pane glazing pattern for No 10 and a 2-pane upper sash with plate glass lower for No 12.
The houses have graded slate roofs, sandstone skew stones and ridge, and coped end stacks.
