Description
12 Beechgrove in Moffat is a mid-19th century, two-storey house with an attic and three bays. The exterior is painted, featuring snecked rubble with ashlar margins and rusticated quoins. The central door is a later addition, and there is a corbelled canted window on the first floor. The building has band courses at the first floor and an eaves cornice, along with two bipartite piended dormers in the slated roof. There is also a brick addition at the rear.
