Description

Bow House is an earlier 19th-century end-terraced house on Port Road, Palnackie. It is a two-story, three-bay building constructed of painted rubble with smooth, raised architraves. The central entrance features a four-panel door with a fanlight, flanked by windows. To the right is a cart-arch and pend. The upper floor has three windows, all with 12-pane sash glazing. A granite corniced axial stack has thackstanes. The windows throughout are 12-pane sashes. Bow House is part of the wider group of buildings on Port Street B. It appears on the 1854 Ordnance Survey map.
