Early 19th century. Terraced house of 2 storeys and attic, 2-bays. Painted lined render and margins. Door to No 28 at right, door and shop window to left, 2 plate glass sashes in 1st floor. Modern dormer. Slate roof.

1991 revision: modern glazing to 1st floor windows.
