Description
Garroch Viaduct is a railway viaduct that was opened on November 7, 1859, as part of the Castle Douglas-Dumfries railway. It features eight segmental arches, one of which spans over a road, supported by battered piers. The structure is constructed from bullfaced red ashlar and has plain iron parapet rails on the coping.
