Description

Holly Tree Lodge is an earlier 19th century, single-storey and attic, three-bay classical cottage featuring Gothic glazing. The building is constructed of rubble with a painted droved ashlar entrance front. It has a rubble plinth and a broad band course at the ground level. The central doorway is adorned with a fanlight and narrow sidelights, and is accessed by steps that have ornamental cast iron railings. The cottage includes sash windows that feature Gothic tracery. There is a modern wing to the left and a modern dormer. The structure has stepped end stacks, broad eaves, and a piended roof.
