Description

William Archibald, circa 1780. 4-storey and attic, 4- by 6-bay corner tenement with 2-bay nepus gable to N elevation and 20th century shop front at ground. Coursed Hailes sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. 19th century consoled cornices and architraves at 1st floor to W (St Patrick's Street) elevation. Regular fenestration with projecting cills and raised tabbed margins. Rusticated long and short quoins. Pair of dormers to W elevation.

12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Gablehead and ridge stacks with clay cans. Grey slate.
