Description

28-30 Howden Street in Edinburgh is a three-storey building constructed in 1887. It features a main frontage with 14 windows made of bull-faced coursers. At the southern end, there is a pend leading to Hardwell Close, and at the northern end, there are two further set-back bays, which also include a pend. The building has segment-headed windows and an asymmetrically placed doorpiece that is both gabled and segment-headed. The crowstepped gable is situated over the two central bays, flanked by crowstepped gablets.
