367, 369 And 371 High Street, Edinburgh

377, 379, and 381 High Street in Edinburgh is a 17th-century tenement block that was remodeled in the early 19th century. It stands five stories tall, with six stories on the outer right side, and features nine bays arranged in groups of four and five. The ground floor has shops, and there are two truncated wings at the rear. The building is faced with ashlar stone on the High Street side, which is painted at the ground level, while the rear is constructed of rubble.

The structure has cornices at the ground and first floors, and a modillioned cornice above the four left bays. Panelled pilasters with rosette panels are present on the first floor. The windows on the five right bays are smaller and positioned closer together. The original entrance to the flats at No 360 has steep steps, with blind windows above it. At No 371, Corinthian pilasters flank the shopfront, while Nos 379-81 feature a consoled shopfront.

The building includes some 12-pane and some 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. It also has rendered ridge and wallhead stacks with circular cans.
