Description

1 Lutton Place in Edinburgh is a four-storey building that began construction in 1851-52. The ground floor features shops facing South Clerk Street, with a rusticated appearance on Lutton Place. The building has Roman Doric pilaster doorpieces and architraved windows with cornices on the first floor, along with a cornice at the third floor level. The structure is designed with a stepped slope.
