Description

George Smith and Henry Hardy. Mid 19th century. 3-storey tenement with shops to ground. Polished ashlar with raised dressings. Cill courses and cill blocks; deep cornice. 5-storey down to Merchant Street level.

8-pane glazing to timber sash and case windows with horns. Slate roof. End stacks. Coped skews and skewputs. Clay cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
