Description
The burial ground at Cladh Nam Paitean dates from the early 19th century and features a Gothic style. It has an oblong shape and is constructed from random rubble with slab coping. The structure is topped with pyramidal finials and includes a pointed arched entrance. Inside, the floor is covered in grass, and there are mural tablets dedicated to Colonel Macalister, who lived from 1753 to 1829, among others.
