Description

The Old Pier at Tobermory Harbour on the Isle of Mull was built between 1801 and 1814 by the engineer Thomas Telford. It is 300 feet long and features a parapet wall on the northeast side, as well as a stairway on the southwest side near the end. The pier is constructed from large stones that are built with open joints and includes iron mooring posts.
