Description
23 Manor Street in Forfar is a two-storey building designed by David Neale around 1820. It features a three-window ashlar front, with the central bay slightly advanced and adorned with an Ionic pilaster doorpiece. The ground floor bays have cast-iron parapets that were added during the Victorian era. The garden includes a large Victorian fountain, along with retaining walls that have steps, and a rubble-built enclosing wall.
