Description
Arrat Mill House is an early 19th century building that was enlarged around 1850. It was originally a two-storey structure with three windows, featuring harled walls with margins and a slated piended roof. The enlargement around 1850 extended the left-hand bay, creating a one-window gable front topped with a spike finial. There is a similar gable front on the right, but it projects less than the left. The original sash windows remain, except for the left-hand gable, which now has a four-pane divide.
