Number 3 Osnaburg Street in Forfar is an 18th-century, two-storey building with a raised and railed front area that connects to the lower block at numbers 7 and 9. It features a forestair leading to the first floor at numbers 3 and 5. The building has a picturesque appearance, although it has been negatively affected by a modern red stucco finish.
