Description

Number 3 Osnaburg Street in Forfar is an 18th-century, two-storey building with a raised and railed front area that connects to the lower block at numbers 7 and 9. It features a forestair leading to the first floor at numbers 3 and 5. The building has a picturesque appearance, although it has been negatively affected by a modern red stucco finish. The listing was re-categorised from B to C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest, which applies to both the interior and exterior as relevant to the building type.
