23 Osnaburg Street in Forfar is a building dated 1827. It is three stories tall and has four windows on the front, featuring rubble construction with margins. The second floor is notably tall, and there is a single-window quadrant corner that is corbelled to a square shape, along with a bow stair projection. Additionally, there is a wing on Chapel Street that is two stories high with five windows.
