Description
109 High Street in Brechin is a late 18th century building that has been partly modernised. The exterior is harled with painted margins, and the ground floor has been altered to resemble rubble, a change made in the mid 20th century. The building features a three-storey front with three windows and has a slated roof. The left-hand chimneyhead has been cut down, and the glazing has been updated to modern styles.
