1 Albion Place in Forfar is a building dated 1786. It is two storeys high with an attic and features a two-window gable facing the street. The structure is made of stugged rubble and has a well-preserved Early Victorian shop on the ground floor. The side elevation facing Albion Place is finished in stucco.
