Description

Margaret's Mount is a raised artificial mound located on the Panmure Estate. It features a stone pedestal topped with a carved stone urn that stands 8 feet high. This structure dates back to the early 18th century and commemorates the escape of Earl James after the Battle of Sheriffmuir.
