Description
Murroes and Tealing Parish Church Hall, built in 1811, is a single-storey, U-plan structure that originally served as a stable and coach house. The building is constructed from rubble sandstone, featuring margined ashlar dressings. The central range has a corrugated roof, while the side wings are covered with stone slates. The hall has modern windows and coped skews with roll finials. On the left gable, there are large double doors with a hayloft door above, and a stable door at the left re-entrant. The right gable has a large carriage opening that has been blocked and converted into a window, with a hayloft door above it, along with various other windows throughout the building.
