Description

East Lodge at Letham Grange, built in 1887, features six squared ashlar gatepiers arranged in three pairs, designed in a Greek Revival style. The central pair of gatepiers is taller than the others and includes raised bands, fluted detailing, Greek key decoration, and pedimented caps. On either side of these, there is a shorter pair of gatepiers, each about one meter away, which have rosette decoration and are topped with stepped and squared caps. Curved flanking walls with a coping extend from these gatepiers to the outermost pair, which share the same design.
