Description

South Ythsie is a building dating from around 1840. It is two stories high and has three windows on the front. The first floor features a belt course, and the building is constructed from light rust-tinted granite ashlar. The design is symmetrical, with single-storey wings on either side that have piend roofs and one window each, which were added slightly later. The windows have been reglazed. There is also a later addition at the back of the building that includes dormer heads with piended roofs.
