Circa 1960. Single-storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with central door flanked by small, widely spaced windows with raised cills. Harled. Pair of flat-roof dormers.

Timber sash and case windows. Grey slate. Coped skews; skewputts to E gable end. End stacks with octagonal clay cans.
