Description

This building is a garage located at 23-25 Water Street in Strichen, dating from around 1768 to 1780. Although it has been gutted and converted into a workshop, its exterior has changed little. It is a single-storey structure of the big-end small-end type, built from squared rubble with cherry cocking. The building features margins, skewputts, and a coped chimney. It has three windows and two doors that are arranged alternately.
