Description

This is a schoolhouse and associated dwelling, built in 1860 for William Henderson. It comprises a single-storey and attic house combined with an asymmetrical single-storey schoolroom, all under a low-pitched roof. The building is constructed of rubble and features arched windows. Contracts relating to the building were reported in the Aberdeen Journal on September 12th, 1860.
