Description
The Mill in Strichen is a building dated around 1791, although it was reconstructed later. It is made of coursed squared granite and features a picturesque design with a two to three-storey structure, gables, and piended roofs. The mill includes a large kiln with later top courses and a tall square vent. It has a 12-foot double ring start-and-awe wheel, but the mill is currently disused.
