Description
Inchdowrie is a house dating to around 1840. It is harled with decorative margins. The house has two storeys and a symmetrical three-window front, with the central section slightly recessed. The entrance is distinguished by a consoled doorpiece with a segmentally arched window above. Later additions include ashlar canted bays with cornices at ground floor level, and original 12-pane sash windows remain on the upper floor. The roof is piended and covered in slate, with corniced end stacks built of ashlar. The property is approached by square-plan Gothic panelled gatepiers flanking original gates.
