Description
The Nether Mill is a corn mill, partly of early date. It is constructed of original pinned boulder rubble, with red granite dressings. The building is largely below ground level at the southeastern side, with the original structure raised initially at the kiln, which has a jerkin-head roof. The mill follows an L-plan, and contains a dilapidated single-frame start-and-awe wheel in the northwestern gable, where the kiln vent has been removed. The mill is disused. Statutory address: Nethermill, Former Grain Mill.
