Description
19 High Street in Turriff is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay building situated in a central location. It is constructed of coursed and pinned sandstone rubble, featuring a base course. The first floor has widely spaced windows with raised cills, positioned close to the eaves. The central bay contains a timber panelled door with a box fan-light above it, while there is an additional door to the left. To the right, there is an early 20th century shop insertion that includes a simple timber fascia, canted glazing, and a recessed entrance bay. The roof is covered with grey slate, has flat skews, coped end stacks, and octagonal clay cans.
