The Savings Bank at 17-19 Union Terrace in Aberdeen was designed by William Kelly of Smith and Kelly, later known as Kelly & Nicol, and completed in 1896. This building showcases an Italian Renaissance style and consists of three stories with five windows across its facade. Notable features include a Gibbs surround framing the first-floor windows, a central balcony, and a decorative balustrade at the top.
