20 Union Terrace in Aberdeen is a three-storey building designed by A. Marshall Mackenzie in 1897 for the Parish Council. The top floor features Roman Doric columns, while the lower two floors are characterized by banding that runs through a two-storey Roman Doric entrance feature.
