Description
1-3 Union Terrace in Aberdeen is a three-storey building designed by A. Marshall Mackenzie of Matthews & Mackenzie in 1885, showcasing Renaissance architectural style. The facade features four windows facing Union Street and seven windows facing Union Terrace. The ground floor has a banded pulvination and is accentuated by Doric columns at the curved corner entry. The first floor is marked by coupled Ionic columns, which are topped with consoles on the second floor.
