Description

25 Union Terrace in Aberdeen is a building designed by A.G. Sydney Mitchell & Wilson in 1902 for Scottish Life. It is a four-storey structure with an attic and features a five-bay elevation. The central bays on the first and second floors are recessed between Roman Ionic pilasters, and the first-floor windows are framed by a Gibbs surround. The ground floor is rusticated, while the third floor has three-light windows supported by colonnettes. The building has a piend roof with dormers and chimneys, showcasing well-detailed architectural elements.
