Description

51 Union Street in Aberdeen is a four-storey and attic, five-bay classical tenement building, dating from before 1828. The structure features grey granite ashlar on the front and rubble at the rear. It has piended dormers and a segmental arched pend opening on the far left, which leads to Adelphi. The building predominantly has 12-pane timber sash and case windows, with some tilt and turn designs. The shops at ground level have plate glass, and the roof is covered with grey slates, featuring gable stacks.
