Two and half storey terrace, 10 Dundalk Street, Newtownhamilton, Co. Armagh, BT35 0PA

This is a two-and-a-half-storey, three-bay terrace dwelling located at 10 Dundalk Street, Newtownhamilton, Co. Armagh. The building was surveyed as part of earlier heritage recording programmes but has not been formally listed. It features a replacement panelled, painted timber door in the central bay, which opens onto three granite steps. The exterior walls are red brick, with buff brick detailing forming the cills and head courses to the first floor level. The windows have square-headed, gauged buff brick surrounds and granite sills, although the ground floor window heads have been replaced. A former carriage arch to the side of the door has been filled in and incorporated into a single-bay ground floor extension of the dwelling. The windows are top-opening uPVC casements. A dormer features a decorative timber bargeboard with a finial at the apex. The building’s former and current use is as a house.
