Description

This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Two-and- a-half-storey three-bay terrace dwelling with replacement panelled painted timber door to centre bay opening onto three granite steps. Walling is of red brick with buff brick cill and head courses to FF; square-headed gauged buff brick window heads and granite cills. GF heads are replacement. Original carriage arch to side of door is now in-filled and forms a single bay GF extension to dwelling. Top opening uPVC casement windows. Dormer has a decorative timber bargeboard with finial to apex.
