Description

This is a single-span road bridge situated on the Aghincurk Road at Knockavannon, Belleek, County Armagh, carrying traffic over a small river. The bridge was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys but was not considered worthy of full listing. It features a semi-circular headed arch and is constructed of local, randomly coursed rubble stone for the parapets and abutments. The road parapets have squared stone coping, with some areas of replacement walling. Cement has been applied to the road parapets and the inner face of the arch.
