Description
This is a three-bay, two-storey gabled dwelling house. It was surveyed during the First Survey but has not been formally listed. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, acknowledging that the building does not warrant a full survey. The house has a slate roof and has been extended to the east, with a large, flat-roofed return added to the north. The exterior is rendered with ashlar lining, and a curved boundary wall defines the front entrance yard. The original sash windows have been replaced with uPVC windows, and the front porch has been modified with a hipped slate roof.
