This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. The building has lost a substantial amount of original fabric due to the replacement of windows and doors. Two storey three bay manse with projecting entrance porch to centre bay at front and a single storey rear return forming an L-plan. Two storey bay window to side. Pitched natural slate roof with two red brick chimneys and uPVC RWGs. Attractive setting with good quality entrance walling and gates. Outbuilding and stone walling form an enclosed rear yard. uPVC top opening casement windows and painted smooth cement render walling with raised quoins.
