Presbyterian Manse, Priestbush Road, Whitecross, Co.Armagh, BT60 2TP

This is a two-storey, three-bay manse, likely dating to the 18th or 19th century, located on Priestbush Road, Whitecross, County Armagh. The building is arranged as an L-plan, with a projecting entrance porch in the centre bay of the front elevation, and a single-storey return at the rear. A two-storey bay window is set into one side. The roof is pitched and covered with natural slate, with two red brick chimneys. The windows are uPVC top-opening casements (RWGs). The exterior walls are painted smooth cement render with raised quoins. The building has an attractive setting, featuring good quality entrance walling and gates, alongside an outbuilding and stone walling which create an enclosed rear yard. It is noted that the building has lost a substantial amount of original fabric due to the replacement of windows and doors. It was surveyed during the First Survey, but was not listed, and only a partial record was taken.
