Small single storey house, much modernised c.1980, but possibly originally one of a long terrace of similar dwellings, built prior to 1834. The house is set on the W side of Newcastle Road at the S end of the small village of Seaforde. The front façade faces E and is asymmetrical. To the right is a modern panelled and glazed door. To the left are two (roughly square) modern windows. Both the N and S gables are blank. To the right at the rear is a modern flat roofed extension. To the left of this (on rear façade of main house is a timber sheeted door with a modern window to the right. The façade is finished in dry dash with smooth cement recessed base and surrounds to front openings. The gabled roof is covered fibre cement slates and has a slight overhang with plain barges. Single central concrete brick chimney stack. Shaped rw goods.
