Description

This is a pair of two-bay, two-storey houses situated on the west side of Marine Parade. They have pitched natural slate roofs and roughcast walls. The windows are replacement timber-framed 2/2 sliding sash windows. Number 35 is adjoined on its right side by a single-storey gabled porch. The houses have been renovated recently, with modernisation of the interiors resulting in some loss of original character. The pair was not included in the original heritage survey and does not currently satisfy the criteria for listing.
