A 1½ storey three-bay house with a projecting flat roofed porch. Main entrance front faces east. Entrance front: roof of modern concrete tiles, with three swept dormers to front. Walls rendered, lined, and blocked, with quoins to extremities. Central flat roofed porch flanked each side by canted flat roofed bays Windows to bays are timber sashed, 1 over 1, with horns, some with margins; windows to front of porch are 6 over 6, with margins, without horns; windows to dormers are modern timber fixed lights, casements, and vents. Porch contains twin entrances, one to each side, with modern glazed and panelled doors incorporating a radial fanlight feature. Other elevations are of similar materials, with sash windows 6 over 6 and 3 over 3, with horns. SETTING: The building stands at the edge of the town on a slightly elevated site overlooking the sea. It faces the main road but is set well back from it within its own grounds; fields to front and sides.
