Description
Attached two-bay two-storey end-terrace, built c.1840. located to the east side of Islandmagee Road. L-shaped-on-plan (projecting gabled bay to north-west). Roofs are pitched and natural slated; red brick chimney with original clay pots to party wall and gable. Walling is smooth painted render. Windows are timber framed 2/2 sliding sash divided horizontally; painted masonry sills. Principal elevation faces west and consists of full-height gabled bay to left containing vertically sheeted timber door with transom light; 2/1 sliding sash window to north and south; single window at first floor. Bay at right contains single window at each floor. North elevation abutted by HB22/05/004B. East elevation contains central half-and-half vertically sheeted timber door flanked to left by single window; two windows at first floor (that to right is 2/1 sliding sash). South gable contains single window at first floor left. Set within garden to south and west, with enclosed yard to east. Bounded to road to west by harled rubble walling supporting square gate pillars (repaired with brick), accessed through single timber gate.
