Description
The Ravarnet River Bridge, on the Legacurry Road in Lisburn, County Antrim, is a three-span, humpbacked road bridge built of rubble stone, carrying the Legacurry Road over the Ravernet River. The bridge was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys, but has not been formally listed. It has undergone significant and inappropriate alterations, including the addition of concrete footings, replacement of the parapets and some voussoirs, and the rebuilding of substantial sections using brick.
