Description
This is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay farmhouse situated on the Comber Road in Hillsborough. The house is currently in residential use, and was formerly used as a house. It was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a partial record only was taken during the Second Survey due to it not being considered worthy of a full survey. The farmhouse exhibits a symmetrical design. It has undergone refurbishment and has lost original fabric. This includes the replacement of render, which now conceals original detailing, and replacement windows (refenestration).
