Description
Oak Dene is an early nineteenth-century, detached, two-story farmhouse situated on the Dromore Road, on the outskirts of Dromara. It was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a Partial Survey was undertaken during the Second Survey, finding it not of sufficient interest for a full survey. The building is asymmetrical in design; however, it has been significantly altered by later remodelling in recent years, obscuring its original appearance. It is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house. It is not listed.
