This is a factory and office building located on the Dunmurry Industrial Estate in Belfast. It was constructed around 1960 and is considered a crisp example of a modern factory and office building in the International modern style, characterized by a series of blocks of varied size and shape. The building has a steel frame and curtain glazing. It was surveyed initially, but not listed, and a partial record was taken during a subsequent survey, as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey.
