The Kilmakee Estate in Dunmurry, Lisburn, County Antrim, consists of a development of houses built in the 1950s as part of a Northern Ireland Housing Trust scheme. These buildings were surveyed during the First Survey but were not listed at that time. A partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey, but it was determined that the buildings did not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full Second Survey and subsequent listing. They remain unlisted.
