Parkdale House, Ferndale House, and Riverdale House are a group of 1960s high-rise residential buildings located on Ballybog Road in Dunmurry, County Antrim. Initially surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, they received only a partial survey in the Second Survey as they were deemed not of sufficient interest for a full assessment. These buildings were formerly used as houses and are currently residential. They are not listed and possess neither significant architectural nor historical interest.
